This machine suitable for a lot of paper, such as 40g-400g/m^2 no carbon paper,film paper ,coated paper, kadhesive sticker etc. jumbo roll slitting &rewinding machine.

 
Characteristic

1.Machine use three servo motor control,auto tape tension, center and surface rewinding together.
2.Machine use frequency adjust speed, keep stable running when speed up.
3.Auto count meter, auto alarm
4.Rewinding use Two air shaft structure. Automatic unloading,operation is easy.
5.Unwinding use photocell control edge position control way.
6.Round knife slitting waste edge of roll, and it's auto waste by fan . 
7.Shaftless automatic pneumatic loading structure(3-6).

     Machine's control system including main engineer speed control, unwinding tension control,rewinding tension control, auto meter count etc control by PLC, touch screen use WEINVIEW Taiwan, PLC use Siemens; and other control(Hydraulic pressure type)
     Main engineer control:including main motor control,unwinding control, rewinding torque control,pneumatic hydraulic pressure control box) Switches are used Schneider brand
    Pneumatic system components use joint ventures
    Hydraulic components use import  
    Tension control: unwinding tension,rewinding tension, control speed have more range, the rewinding effect very good whatever high speed or low speed, it always have good performance
    Machine as auto meter counter, auto stop when alarm,auto fixed length.
    It can auto stop when it reached the setting meter.
