Introduction
Folding box, also called changeable box, book style folding box and flap box. It not only saves the storage room comparing to set-up rigid box, but also it's easier to delivery. Folding box is one kind of efficient packaging box.
FM150 Automatic single side folding machine, is designed to produce the folding sides of box.
The production of folding box meets the most difficult problem of the ears sides folding, it mostly rely on handwork in the market which results in low speed, high labour costs and unstable quality. Therefore, we designed FM150 Automatic single side folding machine to solve this process, it can produce the folding ears sides of box automatically, bring mechanization and standardization for customer folding box production.
Main Features
1. Automatically feeding and gluing for paper
2. Automatically feeding, positioning and spotting for cardboards.
3. Hot melting glue circulation system
4. Automatically folding and pressing case.
5. It adopts open-type construction in design. All motions can be seen clearly. The faults can be easily remedied.
6. With friendly HMI, all troubles alarm will be displayed on the computer.
7. Plexiglass/steel cover is designed according to the European CE Standards, featuring in safety and humanity.
8. Optional device: glue viscosity meter.
